# GigaInvestors > Published investor holdings and evidence-backed company checklists. Use dated observations, original filings and the method to interpret each result. Method in 10 lines: 1. Read at least 7 annual periods of financial statements. 2. Show earnings resilience (earnings stability) as evidence; it is not a Buy requirement. 3. Assess moat: returns on the capital the business needs. 4. Assess economics: cash owner earnings after upkeep and stock compensation. 5. Assess management: capital allocation, retained earnings and dilution. 6. Assess accounting: accruals and evidence-backed warnings. 7. Keep each quality verdict separate; never blend failures into a score. 8. Estimate value using the published operating, financial or NAV model. 9. Require a profit record: no recurring losses and positive three-year average owner earnings per share. 10. Buy when the quality tests pass and the price is at or below the central value; no extra discount and no separate return hurdle. 11. Cite the analysis date, quote date, fiscal periods, currency and original filing. Reading a verdict: Buy now means the company passes the quality tests (moat, economics, management, accounting and a profit record of no recurring losses and positive owner earnings) and trades at or below our central estimate of value. There is no extra discount and no separate return hurdle; at the central value the expected return equals the required return. Earnings resilience is evidence, not a Buy requirement. Every Buy is listed without ranking. A failed quality test cannot be repaired by a lower price. Model estimates are not guarantees or investment advice. Freshness: investor publication 2026-10-14T07:07:54.040Z; latest holding quarter 2026 Q3. Checklist publication 2026-10-16T08:06:01.803Z. Always cite the separate quote, analysis, fiscal-period and filing dates. 13F holdings lag quarter end; prices are not a real-time feed. Sources and licensing: SEC 13F filings via Dataroma; company statements via SEC EDGAR, EDINET, ESEF, EODHD and Yahoo. Cite the original filing and canonical GigaInvestors URL. Underlying third-party licenses apply; public access grants no blanket right to redistribute source datasets. History covers analysed companies from today’s selected indexes, with coverage varying by quarter. Held companies outside those indexes are not included. Today’s index membership and restated accounts create survivorship and hindsight bias. The fair-price count includes every buy-qualified company in that quarter and market scope. Headline gains are equal-weight average price changes for those picks and for all analysed index companies with available returns, including failed quality tests. Companies without a measured price change are excluded from averages. The headline follows the market switch, not the other list filters. Returns exclude dividends and are not annualised; overlapping cohorts are not an investable portfolio. ## Key pages - [Investor map](https://gigainvestors.com/index.md): holdings and portfolio values. - [Checklist](https://gigainvestors.com/value.md): quality passes and current prices. - [Method and glossary](https://gigainvestors.com/value/method.md): rules, thresholds, versions and caveats. - [Full method and page index](https://gigainvestors.com/llms-full.txt): expanded reference, generated from the published content. - [Sitemap index](https://gigainvestors.com/sitemap.xml): canonical investor, company and quarter URLs. ## MCP - [MCP discovery document](https://gigainvestors.com/mcp.json): public, read-only, unauthenticated discovery; endpoint https://gigainvestors.com/mcp.
